The house sits in a perfect location. Only five minutes to I-40 which makes the trek to Asheville or a drive to picnic in the Blue Ridge or Smoky Mountain Parkways very easy. Only five minutes to beautiful downtown Waynesville or Maggie Valley. Located one block from walking trail around the lake which makes for a relaxing morning hike or an easy walk to any of the Conference activities.
The large home is cozy with all the windows you get to feel and see the beauty of the birds, mountains and lake. The two sun rooms one off the kitchen and the other in the main bedroom give you a chance to catch up on that book or just relax. Large closet off main bedroom can be used for a child with a crib.
The kitchen has top of the line stainless steel appliances and with a large island and bar stools will make entertaining easy and any cook feel like a 'Top Chef'
The house rents for 275.00 a night. The house has a 100.00 cleaning fee. A tax of 11% is added.
