"We loved our stay! Many plus points for us - the serenity, location, seclusion, charm. And Christine, our host, was warm and friendly and quick to respond to our questions. We spent our days exploring Itasca State Park and nearby towns like Bemidji, Walker and Park Rapids. So glad we didn't book ..."

Maybe should not be called a lodge?
"Lovely room in a set of 4 maybe more like a motel large parking lot no landscaping out front. That being said, the room itself was great. The location near the north entrance was super convenient. I just because of it's name expected something else so was a bit disappointed to start."
