"Overall the rental had brand new amenities and was very quaint. It was about a 30 minute walk up a very steep hill (>15% grade) from the town center. It was about a 35 minute drive to the major town of Iseo. The water taxi to Mont Iseola is very close by and it was a lot of fun exploring the island. The host was prompt and check in/out was easy. Es ist überall ausreichend Platz vorhanden, und sowohl vor dem Haus als auch dahinter befindet sich eine kleine Terrasse die zum Sitzen einlädt. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Bad sind sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der schöne Wohnraum bietet mehr als ausreichend Platz. "Ons contact met zowel de eigenaar als de tussenpersoon (Arduina) verliep vlot. Alhoewel Arduina geen andere taal dan het Italiaans spreekt, konden we het merendeel van wat zij ons vertelde met betrekking tot de woning, begrijpen. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad in Riva Di Solto!"

"Beautiful apartment, couple of missteps but manager was very responsive to our issues. Michaela, the cleaning person was so wonderful. Good sheets and towels. Great location to restaurants and grocery store. Wonderful gelato bar nearby. Management of the property was superb. "

"Das Ferienhaus war sehr schön und hat eine tolle Aussicht über den See. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal kommen."

"Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Lage sind traumhaft. Für uns war es der perfekte Urlaub, wobei wir häufig per Mountainbike oder SUP unterwegs waren - auch zum Brot holen nach Riva di Solto. Parkplätze sind in unmittelbarer Nähe des Häuschens. Gerade für Familien mit älteren Kindern ist das Objekt prima, jüngere profitieren sicher vom großen Garten. Der Zugang zum See ist auch problemlos über eine Leiter oder einige Stufen möglich, allerdings nur für sichere Schwimmer geeignet."

"On Monday the 17th a day before our departure from the hotel the cleaners never bothered to clean the room claiming that we had on the door the don’t disturb sign which was not true. We removed the sign at 11.30 when we left the hotel. The reception offered a clean towels but after demanding that the room has to be cleaned they called the chambermaid to clean the room. Also they called the plumber to to fix the hand basin block."

"The property is in a small closed compound where you can find anything you need around welleness: gym. hairdresser, SPA and even doctors. There is a private medical practice just next door. The location is at walking distance from the town city center. The restaurant is very nice and at a fair price. Be sure to book a table close to the window. SPA is small but nice. Parking is super comfortable."
