"Central location, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Decor dated, room quiet. Shower/bath combination was very slippery, no grab rail and unsafe. Needs to be replaced before someone falls and suffers serious injury "

"Shower curtain in bathroom not long enough and did not reach shower floor which led to leakage and accumulation of water on small bathroom floor. Outside switch to spa did not work. Advised by reception later they needed to be advised if spa use was required so that it could be turned on by them . Suggest that sign be attached near outside switch to contact reception when spa has been turned off "

"When I booked I had the option of a studio with no housekeeping which was cheaper I took the second option which was dearer expecting housekeeping would be included however on arrival there was no housekeeping and we were given 2 food vouchers value $10.As we were there for 3 nights this was a poor substitute. I feel this should be made clearer on the website that housekeeping is included."
