Located on the Island in desirable Sam's Beachcomber resort, the rental features two spacious bedrooms, with one queen bed, a full over full bunkbed and a sleeper sofa, providing ample space for a small family or a group of friends.

The bathroom is well-appointed and offers all the necessary amenities for your comfort and convenience during your stay.
A large deck that overlooks beautiful Lake Havas Whether you want to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while taking in the breathtaking sunrise or unwind with a glass of wine as the sun sets, this deck is the perfect place to do so. It offers ample seating and space for outdoor dining, making it an ideal spot for al fresco meals or simply soaking up the sun.

No need to fight the launch lamp! An assigned boat slip is available, allowing you to bring your own boat or rent one locally. Boat slip is an additional fee, paid to the main office. Guest must provide current registration and insurance.

Whether you are looking for a short weekend getaway or planning a longer retreat, this lakefront vacation rental offers flexible options. Stay for a weekend to recharge your batteries or escape the cold winter months by renting the property for an extended period.

WATERCRAFT POLICIES: Sam's Beachcomber RV Resort requires registration and insurance for any boat or personal watercraft that is brought into the resort. These documents need to be presented to the Sam's employee at check-in. The watercraft must be owned by the sublessee staying in the resort. Our boat launch is free of charge. Boat slips are available to rent on a first-come first-served basis. Boat slips can accommodate up to a 26' boat. Rental fees for October through March are $20/day, $80/week, or $250 per month. Rental fees for April through September are $30/day, $120/week, or $300 per month. Contact the Security Guard to request a boat slip at time of check-in.

Perfect Getaway
Perfect location on the island. Great view of the lake. Had all the amenities needed for our trip. Received very quick responses to my questions. Will definitely come back!! Highly recommend!!
