The front of the house has a courtyard that guests can relax and enjoy their cup of coffee in the morning. Since the house is on a corner lot there are no neighbors to the right of the house and to the left of the house, neighbors have a large wall... therefore providing a nice private feel to the backyard.

There are two large beautiful trees that provide a nice peaceful shady backyard setting with some views of the lake. Stucco walls surround the entire backyard for privacy and a rock formation for additional sitting completes this relaxing backyard.
