This brand new 2400sq ft estate is a modern adaption of the Lake Havasu desert style architecture, perfectly situated along the 3rd fairway of the Lake Havasu Golf Club. Renowned builder Desert Sun has created another masterpiece in the prestigious and highly acclaimed Residential Estates community. The superb quality of the finishes and the amenities included are sure to please the most discerning: 3 Bedrooms in the main house all with plush king size beds, a Casita featuring 2 sets of Queen over Queen bunk beds, 50 ft deep RV Garage with 14ft tall door, 110 Lb. Commercial ice maker, gas fire pit, Oversized pool with a spa that seats 20, 85-inch TV in family room, both indoor/outdoor Sonos sound system- Certainly everything expected in a home of this stature. This home is conveniently stocked with the standard household products including trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, and shampoos. Our home is also equipped with carbon monoxide/smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, and a first aid kit. Enjoy top of the line plush bedding, linens, and pillows in every bedroom.

Gourmet kitchen includes mixing bowls, pots/pans, mixer, blender, griddle, Keurig, and much more.

Wonderful experience
Very clean home with a very well stocked kitchen. The hot tub and pool were amazing as well as the comfort ability of the beds. The host was very kind and responded right away with our questions. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, high tech property that was very accommodating for our party of 16. The backyard was a hit with everyone after a long day of boating on the lake. The xl rv garage was perfect to house our boat and truck together. Highly recommend staying here

This is the best house! We had a family trip to the lake. Came "home" to barbeque and relaxed in the pool and hot tub. Garages are perfect to get your tritoon out of the sun. Games, music, and tv by the pool to entertain. Ice machine that works great. This house is clean comfortable has everything you need for the perfect vacation. Skip is a fabulous host!

Fabulous Havasu Vacation Home
This house is terrific! It is a beautiful home with a great pool area overlooking the golf course. The inside is extremely spacious. We were there with our 3 adult children, their significant others and one set of in-laws for a total of 10 people and we had plenty of room to spread out. All of us easily fit in the jacuzzi with room for more. The house is also very well equipped and we never wanted for anything. The owner is extremely friendly and easy to work with on the check-in and out process. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Havasu.

We have rented many vacation homes over the years. This was without a doubt this was the most well-equipped rental we have ever stayed in. Very clean, well maintained. Large house and garage, nice pool & hot tub, outdoor games. Everything was great. All the dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, kitchen tools, etc. that you may need were provided. Nice neighborhood (beautiful, pleasant and quiet). Internet and Technology (TV/Music Etc.) excellent. Communication with owner was timely and excellent. Without a doubt, we would rent it again.

Beautiful home
This home will not disappoint! Beautiful inside and out! The front landscaping is gorgeous! The inside has many high end features. The beds were all very comfortable. We used the casita for a cousin sleepover and had a blast. The owners were very friendly. There is a book with pictures that explains everything from lighting, tv, shades, ext. The one thing this house could use is plastic cups to use for your drinks out by the awesome pool and hot tub. The back yard was very much enjoyed by all.

The property was amazing. Everything you need to have an ‘at home’ experience. Lots of room for everyone. The pool and hot tub allowed for us all to swim and enjoy. It was also nice to have the garage available to put the boat inside when we weren’t using it.

i'll keep this short and simple, plus i don't want to many people to read this because i want the rental to be open every time i come to havasu so i can stay there. :) house was flawless. everything worked. master shower was a dream come true, the shower heads actually worked as intended. the spa was enormous host was very hospitable and they welcome you to bring your boat, SXS's, etc and use the garage. which is #1 priority for us. i will try to stay here every single time we come to havasu from here on out.

Havasu Done Right
Fully impressed from beginning to end. Seamless rental process. The house exceeded expectations it was absolutely spotless from the clean bedding, clean towels, and immaculate kitchen to the sparkling pool and exceptional view. This was our first VRBO experience and we would rent this house over again on our next trip. Skip was always in communication, extremely responsive and accommodating to our needs before, during and after our stay. As a former havasu resident coming back to see my friends and family this only enhanced my experience.
