Broke shoulder
I am 68 years old. Literally 5 minutes from arriving i fell over a step that was clearly marked. Landed on ceramic tile an broke my right shoulder. I am right handed ans cannot do anything with my left hand. Including going to the bathroom and feeding myself. An ambulance ride and 5 hours in the er later. I have a sling am told will take 6 weeks to heal. I have already missed 3 days of work and anticipate more. We are headed home to Ft Wotth Tx. 20 hrs in the car is killing me. I haven't been out of the house since arriving on Sunday. I have contacted both the host and property manager multiple times and have heard nothing further. I plan to file a formal claim an ig forced to will hire a laywer. No i did not enjoy my stay Fortunately the rest of my family except my husband enjoyed the stay .

Plenty of Room
Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay here. Good location and quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking provided. Plenty of room to spread out but still be able to gather all together in the larger spaces. Grill propane tank needed to be filled, but the managers attended to it quickly. We would stay here again.

Havasu Balloon Fest
We stayed with a group... pilot and crew and had a great stay. The house was clean and in great condition. Watching sports in the Roku TVs was a bit of a challenge but we were mostly here for ballooning. Check in and check out were smooth and responsive. Thanks for a great weekend!

This house had plenty of room for our family. We enjoyed this house very much and the kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We were attending the World Finals, and it was so nice to be at the house, have dinner and let the kids play in the hot tub and pool. Love being in Lake Havasu! Christina Wilson

No pool heat, otherwise great
Pool was supposed to be heated. Property manager said the owner had just stayed at the unit, so it is super disappointing that it was not heated. Pool was freezing. We had planned to stay in and enjoy the house. Instead we had to go out and spend a ton of money keeping kids busy. After i reached out to the property manager, they never contacted us again. Urrrgh. I will be contacting vrbo/evolve for some sort of refund when we return home. Other than that it was the best rental experience. Immaculately clean, well-appointed kitchen, very hospitable. Owner even supplies toiletries. Fix the pool situation and you are five stars.
