Beautiful Lake Havasu 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite , newly renovated , close to the to the London Bridge. Water and golf course view, over looking the palms and swimming pool with 2 hot tubs. Everything within walking distance . Close to shops, multiple restaurants and movie theatre. Take a 15 min ferry to the casino ( new casino opening in June 2018) or Jett boat to Laughlin. So many things to do! Great walking, biking, community centre, pickle ball, lawn bowling, rowing, paddle board the cannal , fishing and Kyaking .
Suite is all newly renovated. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, walk in showers . Reclining sofa, 55 inch smart tv, well equipped kitchen , new linens, king and queen beds , new paint and window coverings. Safe and friendly gated community, bike or walk the rotary beach walkway or island .

Wonderful spot!

Well appointed, clean, lots of thoughtful touches, beautiful grounds, large pool, close to a nice walk along the channel. Well managed condo building. For us, it was an ideal rental.

Awesome!!!

We enjoyed our stay, this condo is immaculate and very well put together. Our view was great and we were able to walk to the shop s and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and a day of golf. I highly recommend this Condo, the owners are great and very responsive.

We stayed in LeAnn's condo in Queens Bay for 10 weeks and were very satisfied. The condo was in a perfect location, a short walk to the London Bridge and within walking distance to many restaurants. We had an incredible view of the sunset every night. The condo was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks LeAnn

The perfect weekend spot

The location is great! Beautiful lake and golf course view, quiet, clean, and stocked for a perfect weekend getaway. Walking distance to great bars, restaurants, and fast food options ... and a very short drive to the Bridge, the Channel, and town. Leanne is awesome to work with, SUPER responsive and accommodating. We’ll be back!! 👍🏻

Holiday Getaway

The condo is on the backside of the property with a gorgeous view of the green rolling hills of the golf course, contrasting beautiful mountains and the well kept grounds and pool. Sunsets are amazing. Nice balcony for 2, condo was clean and inviting. The lobby area is well appointed and clean. Security guards on the property are helpful and friendly. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you for sharing your slice of Lake Havasu paradise.

Had a great time, a few issues checking in

Overall it was very nice. Wasn't comfortable having to turn in waterheater and trip circuit breakers, too many issue's and not clear instructions. Had to stay in a different hotel because of Air-conditioning. I hope to get refunded for one night not staying in Condo and covering Hotel cost. We'll see 👀. Thanks

Great Stay

Owners were very responsive which was nice. Property is very close to the lake and bars/restaurants. Would recommend taking the key with you as you try to leave the property as we were locked in a few times. Mattresses on the beds are firm.

Very nice condo. Very clean and comfortable. Only issue I had were the old people that walk their dogs in the morning and talked to their dogs below my window at 6am. Will definitely consider staying at this condo again as I give it 5 stars!!!
