The space:
This private Saltbox style home has an open concept with a balcony overlooking the living room area. There’s a large flat screen smart tv plus books and games. A Southern exposure with two skylights, two Sliding glass doors, and two large side windows bring in plenty of natural light. The gas fireplace is framed by the two sliding glass doors that lead out to the front deck. A fully stocked kitchen with a new dishwasher makes cleanup easy! The rear deck off the kitchen is perfect for entertaining with the gas grill, or relaxing and enjoying a glass of wine. It overlooks a 400-acre preserved wooded area filled with rhododendrons, where you can enjoy nature and observe wildlife!
The home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms with queen sized beds are on the second floor with a full bathroom, including a shower and tub. A computer workstation with an oversized monitor on the second floor provides a bright and cozy place with sky lights to work with internet access. The bedroom on the first floor has a queen-sized bed with a full bathroom off the Living Room. The bedroom on the lower level has a bunk bed and another full bathroom. A Pro air hockey table and Foosball table on the lower level is fun for all ages! And a cornhole game is available for the backyard! A fire pit tops off your day for roasting smores!
There is a new washer and new dryer for your convenience. A central air heat pump on the first floor comfortably cools and heats the entire house.
It’s a quick car ride or easy walk to the lake, local waterfront restaurants, bars & ice cream shop. Split Rock Town Center and indoor waterpark are only minutes away.

The rhododendron-lined driveway leads to a parking area large enough for 4 cars. The whole house is yours to enjoy except for the Owners storage room on the finished lower level. The rest of the finished lower level is available with a bunk bed, full bathroom, air hockey table, Foosball table, washer and dryer. A door to the lower level provides privacy. A Cornhole game for the backyard is provided. Feel free to explore the natural wooded 1+ acre property!
Other things to note
A short walk will take you to town to enjoy a meal at Piggy’s, the Terra Cottage Café and Gifts, Nick’s Lake House Restaurant, Louie’s Prime Steak House, and Shenanigans. Take a short ride around the lake to enjoy the Lake View Tavern or other restaurants in the Split Rock Resort. On Boulder Lake just outside of Lake Harmony, you can dine at the Boulder View Tavern.
Beach, kayak and canoe launch access on S. Lake Road near Wood St with our Lake Harmony Estates beach tags. There is parking at the Beach with overflow parking on Park Lane, near the Community tennis and shuffle board court that you can use as part of Lake Harmony Estates. The Lake Harmony Inn on N. Lake Road has boat rentals available during the summer, with its own docks. Boat access and where our kayak is launched is through the entrance and exit gates for the Marina on North Lake Rd, 1/4 mile from the house. The exit gate is directly across from Tunkhanna St. Fishing is allowed between the Lake Harmony Inn and Nicks Lake House Restaurant on property owned by Lake Harmony Estates.
