Bring your own kayak or paddleboard and after fun days on the water, take advantage of the rack space to store them, which is included for free during the 2024 season. Make the most of your unbeatable location with morning coffee and alfresco meals on the private patio equipped with a gas grill.

Furnished for comfort, the bright, single-level interior comes complete with recent upgrades including updated windows, main area flooring, fresh paint, and an all-new water heater. The full kitchen features everything you need for easy home cooking, plus a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. A plush sectional, fireplace, and three smart TVs set the stage for comfortable home gatherings after the day's adventures. Free WiFi and a private washer/dryer round out the home essentials.

THINGS TO KNOW
Prepaid Boulder Lake Club passes for up to six renters are included with your stay. To make use of the passes, tell the front desk the location of this vacation rental. Doing so will give you access to the pool, beach, and lake. The Big Boulder Lake Club is a short walk or drive from the condo. The address of the club will be included in your confirmation email.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Beautiful and convenient location.
This property is right on Lake Boulder and 3 minutes away from the Boulder Lake Club. Boulder Lake Club passes are included. The Club has a heated pool and a sandy beach right on the lake. We rented a pontoon boat and had a relaxing ride around the lake. They also have tennis, bocce, picnic tables etc. Very nice.

The manager was Vacasa. We were notified thst this condo was under repair for the dates of our trip. We had a choice if replacement condos. We took the one next door. That condo needed some maintenance.

Great Family Vacation
Cute place in the perfect location. We enjoyed the Poconos Market on Saturday, and hiked a few near by trails in the afternoon. The townhouse is only 20 minutes from Kalahari Water park. My kids love the pool and the local wildlife. We would definitely stay again

Great ski getaway location
This condo unit had all that we needed -- just my daughter and me -- for a couple of days skiing at Big Boulder, Jack Frost, and Camelback. Very clean, very comfortable. Kitchen is dated but had all we needed for breakfasts and some dinners in. Mattresses on the queen beds appeared to be memory foam; king bed in master wasn't but was still comfortable enough. Would stay here again.

Cozy warm weekend
Welcomed by this cozy warm cottage. Afternoon walks by the lake, came upon 5 deer that almost let us pet them! Dinner at the Prime steak house around the corner and back to the cozy couch, a bottle of wine, and a movie. Definitely doing this again soon. Clean easy rental. Beautiful winter lake!
