"Beautifully appointed home in a really nice quiet location. Comfy beds and seating. Bedrooms and bathroom layout give plenty of privacy for all parties. Plenty of crockery, towels and cleaning products. Just marked down one star as only had 1 saucepan but 6 frying pans. Very easy access to city and major tourist sites. Would be happy to stay there again. "

The Watson property is in a quiet neighborhood with shops and a nice cafe a short walk away. "Highly recommend this 2x1 house which has everything you could possibly need for any amount of time. We were surprised how big this place was inside. Each bedroom has either a queen or king bed, semi ensuite, massive lounge area and great kitchen, dining area and lovely little patio out the back. The owner was very friendly and quick with replies. Easy tram ride to city.Roomy townhouse for family of 5, including full size kitchen, and study for quiet wfh.Really enjoyed walk to pick up coffee in the mornings and then sitting out in sunny, private and quiet courtyard.Would be happy to stay again."

"We stayed for 5 nights in this very comfortable and convenient apartment. it is light and bright and very well fitted out with everything we could want. When there was a small problem with the coffee machine, the owner who lives next door fixed it obligingly and quickly. We are very happy with all aspects of this property. We have stayed here before and hope to stay again as we visit Canberra quite often"

"Spacious with a very nice location and great view of the lake. It's missing key kitchen items like drinking glasses, salt and pepper, cooking oil and cleaning supplies that would have made our stay more comfortable. Could have used a few extra towels and maybe some blackout blinds for the rooms that get a lot of light due to the nice large windows that walk out to the balconies. Overall a really good stay for a large group. The host was great with check-in times and communication."
