We arrived as they were started to paint and update the building we were staying in. It was still a wonderful stay. I does need some updates but you cannot faultwhat was on offer. Beautiful views and a nice, relaxing stay.

Loved the suite room we got. It is very spacious, hot tub was nice. Looking out towards the lake at sunrise was beautiful! Would definitely book this again! Its definitely beautiful there during fall.

The property owners were very responsive and helpful during our stay. The property was perfect and seem less. The lake was quiet and beautiful in the off season. We absolutely loved the hot tub and fire. It was a perfect quiet spot. Very clean. Lots of helpful niceties in the kitchen and common area.

Breathtaking
The place was absolutely breathtaking, I fell in love with it all. I definitely will be booking here again for a longer stay and will recommend this place to any couples in need of a romantic getaway

This was the perfect retreat for me. I traveled alone to celebrate the end of another school year. I enjoyed sitting outside and reading while looking out at the lake. The hotel is about 5 miles from downtown Lake Geneva so it was easy to get places. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and there is a kitchen in the gathering area. Owners were quick to respond when I had questions. Clean and safe

The service was so poor that I could not even get a bucket of ice. There’s some required maintenance in around the room that makes this place look like it is second rate and doesn’t pay attention to maintenance details, such as holes in the wall in my room, a carpet lack of the convenience of in changes

The property location is nice, right on Lake Como however, that is the only thing worth mentioning. For the price, the property is outdated and rooms are quite noisy. If guests next door or below are showering or using the hot tub, the water pressure noise sounds like its in your room (very loud). Property in general looks rundown and needs updating, maintenance etc. Carpeting in the room and common hallway smells musty. Will not book this property again.
