"we had a mini retreat with my volunteer team here and everything was EXCELLENT. We seriously had the best time ever- the place was incredible and filled with so many places to have fun and connect joyfully. Every staff member treated us with kindness and respect. Lived here in the pass Lake Forest is a very upscale area you will not be disappointed. For this area this hotel was a disappointment, there was no monitoring of the food area, which i found disturbing inview of the times in which we live.

The biggest complaint is the breakfast in the morning. Once it's past 9am.....you cant even get a cup of coffee, before leaving. Most every motel/hotel,has at least a coffee dispenser available earlier than breakfast and late sleepers! Comon Man!!
