When I first walked into the room I noticed the bed comforter was dirty and had hair on it. Then I went to take a shower and there was no body wash and very little shampoo that I I had to use as body wash and didn’t have enough to wash my hair. Towels were all stained with red stuff. Had to use little towels to dry off.

I liked the property overall and would stay again. Close to the casino which has good food in the bar within walking distance. I did not like that the tv remote wasn’t working quite right requiring that channels be changed by manually inputting the numbers instead of being able to use guide or channel up/down.

its very quiet and kinda isolated up there. that was what I needed for a few days. The rooms walk in shower with bench accommodated me nicely as I recover from foot surgery. I decided to extend my stay and was advised what to do to keep that room. The next morning I was told I woukd have to check out of that room for an inferior room on the second floor at a higher rate. If I had the energy I would have departed that morning. and now im feeling bamboozled. later that afternoo i thought a good soak in the jacuzzi will help. The water was stone cold. it was corrected the day I checked out. I departed feeling much better than when I arrived. The staff treated me with courtesy, dignity and respect. That goes along way with me.
