"Overall, an okay little house. As other reviews state, both mattresses should be replaced. One is cheap and you feel the springs clearly, and the other is long in the tooth. Fridge had been replaced, but the old one bizarrely left on the deck next to the front door (!?). BBQ dirty on arrival. Didn't use it because of that. You get what you pay for with this one. Bird droppings all over the deck."

"Have recently stayed at a delightful, secluded and very cosy cottage at Bawley Ridge Farm.Cam and Bill are definitely “super- hosts” andCam, as well as decorating and making beautiful curtains, cooked us a delicious curry and a welcome basket of goodies while Bill had the stove and outdoor fire pit ready to light on our arrival. It was a delight to wander and make friends with the Llamas,goats, geese and peacocks but the cottage is fully fenced so safe for pets. Thank you Cam and Bill… we...

"Very relaxing stay in this amazing place. The owners went to the effort of ensuring firewood was readily available, the kitchen had all the little things (salt, pepper, oil etc) and even a bottle of wine on the counter. We loved the stay and will definitely be back."

"From a humble exterior, we were more than pleasantly surprised by the beautiful layout within. Every thoughtful detail is catered for inside. Very modern well appointed kitchen, looks like 3 brand new lavish modern design bathrooms. The location is central to everything, yet quiet and private. Beach right across the road. I would thoroughly recommend this cottage to anyone and look forward to returning soon in the future."

"Kirbys cottage was so cosy and spotless. The location is perfect, quiet and relaxing. The cottage is across the road from the beach which was so lovely. Kim is so attentive and available. A brilliant find and great value. Excellent base and o explore the south coast, will definitely return. "

"Called oz realty. Lovely girls in the office brought towels to help with the leaking front door. Continual leaks meant we walked on sodden towels for three days. Or had to mop up puddles in the kitchen. Very LOUD plumbing and toilet had to be turned off at night because it was running constantly. This was a great little studio. Beautifully appointed and an amazing comfy bed. Shame that building/maintenance issues have been overlooked"
