Room Not Ready
"Check-in was not good. Our room was not ready when we arrived at 3:30 even we had reservations. We were told to come back in 45-50 minutes. When we did get to our room the key cards wouldn’t work so we had to go back to the front desk. On the second day of our stay, our room was never attended to. ..."
