Spacious Lake Cottage!

Newly remodeled lakefront cottage with windows and decks looking out over beautiful Lake Missaukee. The house sleeps up to 16 people. The unit comprises of 5 Bedrooms and sleeping places. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. Windows throughout overlook Lake Missaukee and the picturesque landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, as well as dishes and silverware. There is plenty of space to park cars/ boat trailers on the opposite side of the street from the home.

There is plenty of outdoor space to spend time with family and friends! There is a large deck overlooking the lake with views of the most beautiful sunrises, a bonfire pit right near the water, and 75 ft of lakefront. A pontoon boat is available for rental (please contact us if interested). For those with their own boats/ jet skis, there is a boat launch in Lake City. We have plenty of room to park boats in the water near the house. There is a volleyball net available that can be set up in the water as well as kayaks, a paddle boat .
WiFi is available throughout the property.

For those renting the property in winter, there are many ski resorts in close proximity to the cottage, including Caberfae Peaks, Shanty Creek, and Boyne Mountain.
