This airbnb is located conveniently to downtown Lake City with its quality restaurants and shops. Want to go the beach? You will be able to walk to two public Lake Missaukee beaches. You can rent a pontoon boat from Rays Landing. Call 231-839-6196 to arrange your launch time and availability. You will be able to enjoy an outdoor fire pit for bonfires (firewood supplied). There is also a bbq grill available to use.

Great little getaway!
I loved everything about this property. It’s quaint, cozy and is in a great location. I cannot say enough about the bed, it was the best nights of sleep I have had in a long, long time. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We will be back for sure. Thank you!!

This space is prepared and equipped beautifully for a short or long stay! The spaciousness to every aspect of this “cabin” is absolutely perfect. We had two people in our party, but you could comfortably have up to four. Walking distance from downtown made this an awesome location!

My boyfriend & I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It’s close to downtown & the beaches, beautifully decorated & designed as well. The bed was so comfy. The living area as well as bathroom were spacious & very comfortable/ well crafted for two people to have plenty of room to relax and spend time at this property.

Location was great as we were just a few minutes from the relatives we were visiting just down the street for the "Best 4th in the North." All the events were at their house and it was great that we didn't have far to travel after a long day/evening to get to our rental. The house was very nice and the host was great. We're kinda "bed snobs" because we have a sleep number bed, but the bed was very comfortable and we slept like babies every night.

This property was perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, large bathroom with plenty of towels, and a comfy bed with plenty of pillows. We were visiting friends so we did not take advantage of the convenient location of the property to downtown lake city but did walk downtown for breakfast one morning. great stay!

This place was exactly what we needed during our short July trip to Lake City! It was extremely clean, well decorated, and close to the downtown area. The host was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay there again! Our only suggestion would be to add a small dining table to the space as we often ate breakfast/lunch at the rental.

Great location by lake missaukee. Easy communication with owner. They were so kind to make sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. We appreciated all the little things (lots of towels, soaps, etc.) The perfect little spot in Lake City. Thanks for a great stay!

The perfect quaint little place for a weekend trip
I have been coming to lake city for years. I have family up here and am always looking for cute and affordable rental properties when I come into town. This one checks all the boxes. Located in town, very close to the beach. It is on the main road so you will hear cars, but it didn’t really bother me at night as traffic slows down pretty early. The space is absolutely perfect and so charming and cozy. I felt completely at home. It has everything you need (minus a kitchen but there is a fridge and microwave and coffee maker) and the hosts are so kind. Making sure I had everything I needed for my short stay. This place will likely be my go to when I come into town to visit family. It’s just perfect.

Jeff and Kathy could simply not have been kinder!!! They were SO helpful, attentive, thoughtful, and sweet!!! I truly loved staying at their property, and found everything to be delightful!!! For anything I needed, or anything that popped up, Jeff was SO quick to answer a phone call or run something over!!! The property was wonderful, but the hosts were simply INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!! I cannot wait to come back!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved it!
The location was perfect for my needs and I really appreciated the AC unit in the bedroom. The road noise was expected since I had read the previous reviews but the AC drowned it out and I always wear earplugs to sleep anyway. My communication with the owners was to ask about a book that I found there and they were so kind and accommodating! I have nothing but good things to say:)

Short Weekend Getaway
Place was perfect. Cozy, beautiful, relaxing. Was a little disappointed I couldnt cook anything, but regardless of that… I would 100% recommend this spot, and definitely would book again. Owners were spot on, communication was amazing, and the shower 🔥🔥🔥 LOOOOVED THE SHOWER.
