The hot tub is located out the front door in the Aspens and is shared with the other rental on the property. The bedroom has a 32 inch TV and king size bed. The kitchen has all essentials and extras. The living area has a couch, desk and 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a blow dryer and extra towels.

A great place to kick your feet up!
This was a great home to stay at, the bed was comfortable, the hot tub was nice, the living room cozy, and Jim was fantastic in communicating throughout our stay. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! (The decor and artwork alone was worth staying here for)

I stayed in Lake City for a few days to do some hiking in the area, and this house fit my needs. Plenty of room for one or two people. Everything needed was provided. Would love to stay here again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay at a perfect little cabin in Lake City with friends to celebrate a birthday. Communication was fantastic. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed and the location was great. I would highly recommend.

Lovely town nestled in the beautiful mountains.
Attentive and good host. Nice and comfortable lodging. The community of Lake City, CO is quiet during the winter. We found it perfect for what we wanted following holiday with family. We hadan excellent dinner in this small town.

We had an amazing stay at Jim’s place in Lake City! The location was perfect, within walking distance to mostly everything and a close drive to the lake. Jim was very helpful throughout the stay with any questions we had. We enjoyed the hot tub, especially after hiking Uncompahgre! We can’t wait to go back and stay here again!!

Great place in Lake City
The place fit our needs perfectly. It was nestled up against the hill back from the main road. It was clean and nice. We made great use of the hot tub after some long hikes. Communication with Jim was great.
