"Mt Pleasant was a pleasant stay for us. Our only issue is that it is a bit secluded and since we did not have a car, it was a bit more difficult to get around. The great thing was that they have a car on the property available to take you around, for a fee of course. The rooms were also very spacious and clean. "

"Property's description didn't match physical appearance. Infact i didn't check in at all after inspection. "

"It was a great location, easy to walk to church, shopping and restaurants. The staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I plan to stay there again when I return to Harare if possible."

"It is not what is advertised, leaking and falling ceilings, mouldy bathrooms, dirty, smelt weird and don't know how this can be classified as a 3 star hotel.... cancelled our booking immediately and owner/management was completely unhelpful and trick you with false information. Disappointing and felt unsafe."

"It is a secluded place where the staff strive to give an excellent personalised service. Affordable price, it's your home away from home. Air conditioning, WiFi service with a smile. I was even able to host friends and family while there and it was not an issue. Surprised such a great place with helpful people exists"
