Welcome to #AquaLakeCathie our charming three-bedroom town house nestled in the heart of Lake Cathie, a picturesque coastal town just south of Port Macquarie.

This beautiful townhouse is located just a stones throw away from the lake and provides everything that you need to have an enjoyable holiday!

As you step inside you’re greeted by a warm and inviting living space filled with natural light and comfortable furnishing creating an ideal setting for relaxing with a good book. Continuing through you will find the dinning room and kitchen. An easy place to bond over conversation while cooking up a feast. On the ground level you will also find the laundry with additional shower and toilet.

Out the back you’ll find a nice courtyard where you can sit and relax with a cold beverage after a long day down at the lake or out exploring the beauty that the Lake Cathie area has to offer. This property also has side access with space to park a boat or caravan!

Upstairs you’ll find three cozy bedrooms, each with brand new carpet and styled with tasteful décor offering a peaceful retreat after a long day. On this level you will also find a fully renovated bathroom and separate toilet. The master bedroom consists of a queen bed and its own private balcony. A great place to soak up the sun and enjoy a bit of ‘Me’ time. Bedroom two consists of a double bed and bedroom three has two singles. ALL LINEN INCLUDED.

With the lake and ocean just a short stroll away, you’ll have endless opportunities for leisurely walks, picnics by the water and plenty of refreshing swims.
