Come and enjoy our newly remodeled Sweet Bear Cabin in the woods. Inside you'll enjoy a cozy fireplace. Cook your meals in a fully stocked kitchen. Outside enjoy your morning coffee on the deck while soaking in the quiet mountain ambiance and fresh clean crisp air.

This is a two story, two bedroom, and a one and a half bath cabin with a large deck. It sleeps 4 GUESTS with one comfortable Cal King bed and one Queen bed and one sofa bed. Parking for ONE car only in the green designated area of driveway.

Cabin is located just 9 minutes away from the famous Lake Arrowhead Village with lot's to do. Santa's Village (which has been newly remodeled) is just 6 minutes away. Skypark is now part of Santa's Village, which means there's more than just Santa during Christmas. It is a year long park. Snow Valley is 26 short minutes away. Big Bear Lake is 46 minutes away, but worth the drive with lots to do.

Also, there is one security camera in the exterior of the entire property facing the entrance of the cabin for your protection.

Our cabin is available for booking up to 30 consecutive calendar days.

Great stay
Great little cabin! Bring lots of bird and squirrel food, the deck is so relaxing with a great view and wildlife action. Easy check in and loved downstairs bedroom, quiet and cool with ceiling fans in every room. I

Peaceful Bear Cabin
We had such a great stay. I really appreciated the lights on the stairs heading from the parking spot to the cabin. I loved the decor. I wondered if the hosts decorated it on their own or if they hired a decorator. The neighborhood was quiet and it was just the perfect getaway from hectic LA life.

What a great getaway!
The cabin was wonderful. It was a quiet area with the type of calm ambience we wanted when we booked the location. The owners had all details organized and ready for us - access code, parking information, notebook on the counter with details, amenities for kitchen/restrooms/patio, etc. We look forward to returning to Lake Arrowhead and booking with Jorge again.

The property was really nice and clean. I wish we’d known ahead of time how tricky and difficult the roads would be leading to the house. By the second or third day we managed to be able to maneuver roads and driveways and find our way around Lake Arrowhead. It was a beautiful scenic adventure- well worth the driving hassle.

Our stay in Sweet Bear Cabin
The stairs were too much for us. We are all seniors. There were only 5 forks. No frying pan, but they did bring a small pan when I asked. Had to ask for more toilet paper. There were only 2 kitchen towels, no hot pads. Jorge was quick answering my questions and very nice. We will not be staying in this place again, mostly because of the exterior steep stairs to get down from the parking area to the cabin.

A Charming Christmas
Sweet Bear Cabin was indeed sweet. My brother and I had a wonderful Christmas here. It was comfortable, clean, cozy, and pretty close to Arrowhead Village. Jorge was responsive and very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommend!

Early snow, accompanied with wind made drive an adventure. Cabin warmed up and was most welcoming with a good furnace and a gas fireplace. There are steps from driveway to cabin but salt was provided. Enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful getaway in the trees.
We loved our stay here. Our 3 y/o enjoyed being out on the patio, feeding the birds and squirrels from a feeder that is on the patio (be sure to bring some nuts or birdseed, we brought nuts and both bluejays and squirrels loved them). When standing out on the patio it feels like you are in a tree house because of how high up in the trees you are, we loved it. The house was also perfect for us. Great size for our small family. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace at night, it was easy to use and created a warmth and glow that was perfect for the cool nights. The hosts are also very responsive, though we didn’t need anything from them since everything was already at the house and easy to find. Overall great experience! Oh! And so close to Santa’s Village (8 minutes away), which was a hit with our little one.

Quick and easy
Booked this cabin as it was close to a wedding we were attending. It was so cozy and nice. Super easy to check in and out. It was about 10-12 min from the village and other shops. The owners left out a binder for instructions of what to do when we arrive and before we leave. Super easy to follow and did not ask much of us( taking out the trash, cleaning our dishes, etc.) The only thing that I did not like was that there were a couple spider webs in the bathroom, bed, and kitchen. But I understand we are in the mountains. Both other then that this place was great!!!

A really nice place to stay. Just enough room and with all amenities you want. Jorge was Fabulous. He attened to all my questions. We will be back to stay longer. We live in Palm Springs and to go 70 miles where it was 107' and reach Arrowhead and the Cabin and it was between 75' and 82'

Peaceful Mountain Getaway
My friend and I enjoyed this cabin during our stay. It was clean and comfortable for two. We enjoyed how close town and we were able to enjoy outings during the day and returned for a peaceful night at the cabin. The deck is a nice place to enjoy a cocktail or make some s’mores over the fire pit table. I would love to return to Jorge’s cabin for a future stay. Great cabin, great neighborhood and neighbors!

Cozy cabin in the woods.
Thanks Jorge Laura! Get ready to relax! Everything about this cabin was just great! Nice view of the woods, beautiful deck. Lots of stairs so if you are handicap I wouldn't recommend. House came fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and paper products. Just unlock the door and welcome yourselves in!

Great place for quiet getaway
My wife and I rented Jorge's place for a few days to get out of the heat of the low desert. The house was great, very clean with a wonderful patio that makes you feel like you are in tree house among the pines. Internet and TV's worked just fine, both my wife and I did zoom calls for work with no issues. About a 6 minute drive to Arrowhead Village, which was still deserted before the summer crowds in June. A couple of things though if you are thinking about renting this house: - It is best for either a couple or a couple with one or two small children because it only has one full bath, four adults may be a challenge. - Make sure to bring your "VRBO Box" with staples such as zip locks, TinFoil, mustard, ketchup, tabasco etc. The kitchen is equiped with spices and a coffee maker but was lacking in the consumables. We always take our box when we drive to a VRBO and we were glad we did in this case. - Lots of stairs, not an issue for us but could be for older folks or really young kids. Overall, wonderful expereince. Very relaxing and a great value for the $$. We will back again soon!

Awesome Retreat in the Pine Trees
My husband and I would highly recommend staying at this cabin. Upon our arrival, I was most impressed with the cleanliness of the cabin and the attention to décor detail. There was a large deck for BBQing or just relaxing under the pine trees . . . savoring the quietness of the surrounding area. Our host, Jorge, was very responsive and accommodating whenever I reached out to him. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at this cabin!

Comfy and Welcoming Cabin
We went in late January and absolutely loved the cabin. Self check in process was easy and location was good, quiet and easy to find. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and playing monopoly. The cabin had a fully stocked kitchen with every pot, pan and utensil you could need. We will definitely be planning a trip here again.

Awesome Cabin!
This is a Great Cabin to stay in! My husband and I enjoyed every single minute of it! We stayed 3 nights. It's Perfect for 2, but I'm sure 4 would be very comfortable. The cabin is spotless clean and is exactly as described, so cozy and nice. The deck is so wonderful to sit out on and enjoy the peace and quiet and Nature! (The furniture is Just Fine! Not sure why someone said otherwise!) We had our breakfast out there! There are plenty of TV channels to find or Apps on the TV. There is everything you need here! We did not need the A/C during our stay, but it was sure nice to know that it was there if we needed it, as so many places up here do not have it! (Another big selling point). The owner is Super Nice and so quick to respond with any questions that I had. Please Do not Hesitate to rent this property as it is also the best value, that I found anyway! And I looked at over 200! The neighbors are real nice too! It's in a perfect location just 7 minutes to the Village and 15 min to Lake Gregory... which is beautiful! And be sure to do the Arrowhead Queen Tour while you are there! It's well worth it, just like Jorge's cabin! :) Thank you Jorge for hosting my husband & I! I had an Awesome Birthday at your Cabin!

Cozy (And Super Clean) Cabin Retreat
My partner and I loved our time here, and would have stayed longer if possible! The cabin is one of the most well represented and comfortable rentals we've visited. The location is beautiful (and very close to all of the major trailheads + sites of interest in Lake Arrowhead), with a great view of the trees off the back deck. You can tell there's lot of care put into the maintaining and set up of the cabin, which we so appreciated. It was obvious upon arrival that everything had been very thoroughly cleaned + disinfected which put us at ease, and we were happy to see how well stocked the pantry was with cookware, silverware, dishes, etc. The cabin was a great place to return to and relax after long days of hiking and being in the sun. There are wonderful little touches such as board games, an Xbox, complimentary soaps + shampoo, and reclining chairs in the living room. This is a perfect spot to reconnect with loved ones, read/write, cook (be sure to bring your own condiments such as ketchup, sugar, etc!), and nature watch. We regretted having to leave so soon and are sure we'll make a return visit when we can. Thank you Jorge for all of the information you provided, your excellent communication, and for sharing your lovely cabin with us! *Note: There is a staircase leading down to the entrance as well as an indoor staircase leading down into the bedroom area, in case you're looking to stay somewhere without any/many stairs.
