An additional lower-level living area has a pool table, gas fireplace, large smart TV, and wet bar with a wine fridge. Prepare delectable meals in the chef's kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of new stainless steel appliances that include a Wolf range. The dining table seats eight and the kitchen island seats five. The main deck includes a built-in gas grill, dining table, lounge area, and chaises. The lower-level deck offers a dining table and seating areas. Gather around the linear gas firepit on the viewing patio.

Access to this three-story home is via one flight of steps to the entry door.
Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. - 7 a.m. No outdoor activities after 10 p.m. Citations will be issued for noise disturbances and exceeding the occupancy and parking limits. Refunds will not be granted due to eviction.
Please note that local regulations prohibit vacation rental guests from using the on-site dock or accessing Lake Arrowhead.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
