Magnificent 2800sqft, 4 bedroom, 5 bath, 3 level PERMITTED vacation rental luxury home nestled in gated community. Extensive lake trail system for hiking and wonderful trails available through San Bernardino Park system. Short distance to Arrowhead Village with multiple restaurants, bars and shopping.

The yard is beautifully maintained complete with two lawn sides, BBQ, and lounging areas. There are multiple balconies allowing you to splendor over the beautifully landscaped grounds. Inside, you have access to a full-size wet bar for spirits. If you enjoy cooking, you can impress friends and family with fancy cuisine cooked up in the executive style kitchen. Afterward, you can play a fun game of Ping-Pong while listening to your favorite music on the central music system. Create a warm ambiance and wind down in the living room beside the electronic started fireplaces while you watch a movie or sports on the 70” flat screen television. Every aspect of this home offers a plethora of amenities such as a full-size laundry room. Be further impressed as this home has an additional steam room for 8 people and jacuzzi/spa for 6 guests . Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom complete with a rain shower. For additional comfort, each level of 3 levels has its own heat and air controls.

If planning on using dock, lake beaches or lake trails for hiking, you first must provide property owner with all names and emails for submission to ALA. Take green ALA Membership card provided by owner together with each person and go to the Arrowhead Lake Association (ALA) Client Services office to process their registration and pay a fee to access lake facilities. ALA office can be found in marina at 870 North State Highway 173, Lake Arrowhead Office hours are 8:00AM - 5:00PM, 7 days per week. Wristbands will be issued to access trails. Wonderful trails also available through San Bernardino Park system also Arrowhead Village hosts multiple restaurants, bars and shopping.

Trespassing onto docks will be subject to a fee/fines, loss of deposit, and/or eviction without refund.

This is the second time I have stayed at this place! Awesome house! Great location! My friends loved it! However, if you want to use the dock, which we didn’t, there are a few things you have to do these days and pay a fee.

Incredible Stay
Beautiful home with all the right amenities and location on Lake Arrowhead Lake. Lots of areas to spread out and socialize. Upstairs bar and game room were a favorite. Modern kitchen and decks. Hot tub is a plus. Highly recommend.

More than we imagined
Wow… first off the pictures of the home are stunning. But the pictures don’t do it justice. Every floor every detail are amazing. You can tell they put their hearts into this place. Well stocked everything you could need for an enjoyable stay. The beds, linens and towels all high quality and the master bath feels like you’re on a spa. With a jacuzzi and steam room on premises you’ve real elevated the VRBO experience. We will be back

Livin’ the Lake Life
Gorgeous home walking distance to the lake. The only thing that was different on the photos was there was no grass on the little yard adjoining the master bedroom and deck. It was just dirt. Everything else was very accurate. The living room was a tiny bit smaller than the photos show. Beautiful location and home. The owner is excellent about responding to text messages and emails. Overall excellent experience.

Amazing house near Lake Arrowhead
The property is stunning. It's sprawling over three levels, has very high end finishes and is very comfortable. The outside areas feel like you're in the trees. We stayed for a few days to attend a wedding in the area. I didn't know anything about lake arrowhead - the lake and surrounding area are so picturesque. There are a lot of rules for properties surrounding the lake and it doesn't seem like it's possible to actually get out on the lake without being an owner in the area so we didn't get to explore as much as we'd like - but even knowing that now we'd book this property again.

Modern Lakeview Luxury
This house and stay was better than our group could've imagined - even with the beautiful photos and detailed description online. We were two families with small children and the space setup was fantastic. This location was perfection - enough outdoor yard space to play - still with a view of the lake and only a short walk away on a beautiful path. The house cleanliness and upkeep was BETTER and MORE comfortable than any hotel stay in the area. High end from the kitchen and bathroom fixtures to the steam room and hot tub. We were all very pleased and are excited to be back again this year!

Enjoyed Our Stay
This was a great family 3-day getaway. It was perfect for us. Great house and location. We had one little hiccup when the gate code didn't work one night after returning from dinner. Evidently, there are two code options in case the one they give you doesn't work (ask for both). We only waited about 30 minutes and got a hold of the property manager, and he gave us the second code. All was good again! This house was beautiful and the surrounding views were amazing. We will definitely be back!

Amazing Long Weekend in Lake Arrowhead
The house was perfect for our group of two 5-person families. With the 4 bedrooms spread across all 3 levels, and living space across 2 levels, we never felt crowded even with 10 people sharing the house. The balconies were great and privacy was abundant. All in all it was a great stay!
