Set in the beautiful Lake Arrowhead and 10mins from Lake Gregory, Sky Park and Snow Valley this is truly an escape fro the city in only 90 min from LA. Quiet neighborhood, with Mountain View, tree scape yard. The Lake Arrowhead Village offers great summer concerts, dining and amazing views of the lake. Great vintage shopping or go for a hike on one of the many trails. Sky park has lots of fun for all ages with anything from iceskating, beer festivals to mountain bike riding. The mountains are calling you!

There is a House Manual in the home. HOUSE RULES -Have a fantastic stay! -Quiet Hours Sunday – Thursday 8 am to 9 pm -Quiet Hours Friday – Saturday 8 am to 10 pm -This is a full-time neighborhood please be mindful of loud music and outside noise during quiet hours. -This is not a “Party House” please treat the home with the love and care the owners do. -No underage drinking -No drug use of any kind, this includes marijuana. -No smoking inside or outside the property. This includes but is not limited to marijuana, cigarettes, pipe, cigars, or vape pens. If we smell any smoke/marijuana inside the home, there will be an additional $250 fee. -No outdoor fires of any kind -If this is a Pet-Friendly home, all pets must be approved by management. Please pick up all feces left behind by your pet and place them in the outside trashcan.
Please note the owner is allergic to pets and they are not allowed on or in the home.
