Find Hotels with smoking rooms in Lahore

"I booked three nights stay at Hotel One Down Town. When i arrived on the 23rd Jan, i was showed two rooms. One room was completely submerged with cigarette smoke (Room 302), the second room (309) which was shown to us had mud dust all over the front room. I informed the receptionist straight away. The hotel refused to give refund saying hotels.com would do that. They also refused to transfer the booking to another facility of theirs. Hotels.com contacted the hotel again, but hotel refused...

"So we stayed at pc from 24th to 26th dec and overall had a great stay. The hotel is in some need of updating especially the rooms and bathrooms The check in was quick efficient and friendly. The young man who dealt with me was extremely friendly and helpful and he is the one who resolved an issue I had efficiently and to my satisfaction. Concierge were lovely too The overall feel of the hotel was good The breakfast was varied but I do feel certain elements of it could be improved All in all...
