A noteworthy aspect is the very polite and kind staff who take great care of the hotel guests and strive to provide the best service. The food is good, though a bit spicy, but overall the flavors are nice. Overall, I’m happy and satisfied with staying here for a week."

"We stayed here for almost two weeks. I have an allergy to Gluten and the chefs went out of their way to make me special food for the entire trip. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel like this was our second home. We will be going back and staying at Hotel Shambala! Thank you so much to everyone.
