Small pool for a “high end resort “. Roof leaks in the lobby from a rain storm. Extremely limited menu in the only restaurant on property. Staff were very friendly. Room and bed were comfortable. Upgraded to oceanfront. Great view from balcony and inside the room.

The resort was right on the beach and the staff was absolutely amazing. I had a lot of fun there

It was a nice resort but the $40 parking fee and $40 resort fee on top of the $300 plus room fee was excessive. Felt lime i was being used.

Expedia should consider revoking this hotel's vip status. Review summary: Eat here, but do not stay here ! Pros: everything that we ate tasted great, branches had a cool ambience. Cons: Room 9005 had termites in the tv console (we noticed mounds of wood granules under the console), so we were downgraded from the 9th floor to the 4th floor (we werent offered any compensation or even an apology for this experience). The new room also had dead insect wings in the corner, next to the balcony screen door. Check in was slow because there was only 1 person at the front desk (this was also the case during checkout), resort fee page on their website says "daily Hawaiian cultural classes to be held" but the cultural center is only open Tue to Thu from 9a-12p. Expedia gold status wasn't recognized, so dont expect any upgrades. The cons definitely outweighed the pros for us and so we won't return here, nor recommend this hotel to anyone.

Property was great, beach was exceptional. We will be back. Only negative was guest parking. The walk was far when the main lot was full, which was always.

We had a great time. But note that you can hear the luau every night 5:30-7:45. And note that they charge $35/day for parking.
