One of the worst experiences I have had in Maui. A family trip for some R&R. The check in experience was pathetic. The staff was rude and uncaring. The condo, although nice, had cockroaches. Yikes. It was impossible to get nice pool chairs unless I “paid under table” to join a lottery. Overall, not an experience I hoped or expected for such a pricy place.

This is a wonderful property. 4 min walk to the Whalers village (with two bad knees). Pool was quiet and lovely. Super great condo. Clean, every amenity available. I would definitely stay here again.
