"This house is AWESOME!! While it is a walk to the beach, it's quick and totally doable. It's close to the shops downtown. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with almost everything a serious cook needs. There was plenty of room for 4 teenagers and 4 adults. The only thing missing was a bigger deck, but it will not keep us from renting it again next year! Thanks for the perfect end to summer vacation!!"

"This is a very comfortable little condo. It has plenty of beds, enough for the 6 of us and still probably could accommodate a couple more people. It is extremely clean. "A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe.
