Tranquilo Guest Suite in the North Valley, close to I-40 and Old Town

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (34)
"The dwelling was beautifully decorated in New Mexico style and is located back from the street so is very quiet. What we liked most was the traditional Northern New Mexico community where the casita was located. Big trees, blocks of nicely kept houses. Several peacocks lived nearby. Further down Rio Grande Boulevard we encountered flocks of Canadian Geese. It’s a special place to live. "

#7: 2bd/1.5ba, Newly Remodeled, Walk to Old Town

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (58)
"The check-in process went smoothly, the apartment was clean. It was not a luxurious stay but adequate. The neighborhood was an interesting mix of economically depressed and semi-affluent. It is right across the street from Old Town which is a bonus. Overall, a just outside of downtown feel to the neighborhood."

Cozy 1-bedroom apartment in central Albuquerque with WiFi, Swamp Cooler

"I am a frequent traveler. This is one of the better places I’ve stayed in the last 5 months. The couch could be updated and it gets a little warm after a hot day because it only has a swamp cooler. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints. "

"Clean and as described. Fully stocked kitchen to be able to cook on gas stove. Nice neighbors. Easy access to Rio Grande, Indian Pueblo Cultural Center, and not too far from Rail Runner Railroad stop. Also nice collection of pamphlets with info about local parks, events, culture, etc. It is on a pretty busy road, but no issues, just be aware you will have some vehicle noise."

"The apartment was clean and functional. The couch was scheduled to be replaced, unfortunately, not until after our stay. A little more furniture (easy chairs or a bench in the bedroom) would be nice. Quiet neighborhood, good locally owned restaurants (central ave cafe was our fav)"
