LOCATED IN THE HEART OF SOUTHERN ARDECHE less than 10 minutes from the tourist villages of VALLON PONT D'ARC and RUOMS.
IN THE VILLAGE there are 2 restaurants, 1 grocery store, post office, info point etc ...

The location allows you to be close to all the sports, cultural and gastronomic activities of this magnificent region.
You can practice canoeing, mountain biking, hiking, horse riding, swimming, caving, climbing, quads, rafting, canyoning, karting, ulm, tree climbing, tennis, etc ...
You can descend the ARDECHE on foot or by canoe for 25 km and admire the gorges and the famous ARC BRIDGE from the many lookouts located on the tourist route.
You can visit many caves and museums, the crocodile farm, the llamas breeding etc ...
A few kms away you can visit beautiful character villages classified as world heritage LABEAUME, BALAZUC, and go on beautiful hikes in the magnificent WOOD OF PAIOLIVE.

Un endroit magnifique, tant pour l enplacement géographique ( bcp d activités à faire ) que pour la maison, où vous pourrais vous reposez en toute quiétude sous la terrasse ombragée , dans le jardin , ou au bord de l exceptionnelle piscine avec une vue incroyable sur les collines sans vis a vis , le charme est partout , les enfants ont de l espace , nous avons passé de tres bonne vacances!!! A noter des hôtes adorable que sont Andrée et Michel . En bref nous recommandons ce lieu sans fausses notes et n hériteront pas a y revenir.

- Frühstück am fantastisch großen Pool und Abendessen mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang. - Eine ausgestattete Küche, die keine Wünsche offen lässt - Tagsüber hört man den Ruf des Kuckucks und einschlafen darf man zu den Klängen der Nachtigall. - die Umgebung bietet eine reizvolle Landschaft und lädt zum Wandern und Kanufahren ein Wir haben hier wunderbare 14 Tage erlebt!!!

verblijf Lagorce in september 2023
goed gelegen en goed geoutilleerd huis, ruim zwembad, twee terrassen langs het huis. Rustig en kalm gelegen, maar op enkele kilometers afstand meerdere leuke stadjes/dorpjes om te bezoeken.

La maison est très confortable . La propriétaire a fait en sorte que rien ne manque pour s’y sentir à l’aise. La propriété se situe à des distances raisonnables de plusieurs villages classés parmi les plus beaux de France. La piscine très agréable et spacieuse avec une très jolie vue nous a permis de nous prélasser et de nous rafraîchir après nos balades sous le soleil ardéchois. Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions du calme de la détente avec un joli cadre. Les propriétaires sont charmants et se rendent disponibles si besoin. Merci encore pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Agréable séjour dans un région avec beaucoup de possibilités
Nous avons passé de belles vacances à Lagorce. C'est une belle région avec de nombreuses possibilités d'excursions. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et serviable et a toujours le temps de discuter. La piscine est grande et vous invite à vous baigner. La maison est assez spacieuse avec suffisamment d'équipements pour une famille. Des terrasses ombragées permettent de manger dehors à toute heure de la journée.

Belle location.

Des vacances merveilleuses dans un paysage splendide
Nous avons passé une semaine en famille avec nos 3 ados dans la location très confortable de Mme Boulle. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la grande piscine et son écrin de nature. La maison est très bien équipée et très agréable. L'Ardèche environnante ne manque pas d'activités et nos enfants ont vraiment adoré ces vacances. Un grand merci à Mme Boulle pour sa gentillesse et son accueil.
