Villa with beautiful sea views, pool & spacious gardens

Complete furnished and well equipped villa built in 1999, set in 2600m2 landscaped gardens and lawns. The large kidney shaped pool measures approx. 10 x 5m and is surrounded by sunbathing terraces. The villa is very cool and spacious, and has a well-equipped kitchen with large fridge and separate freezer, oval dining room, large living room with panoramic sea views and aircon, two bedrooms downstairs both with bathrooms, a white marble staircase leads to the master bedroom and a twin bedroom sharing a spacious terrace with covered pergola. The twin bedroom has got a door to a children's room with two beds.


Leisure activities.: The nearest beach to the villa is 'Praia dos Caneiros' within 15 minutes walk. Other beaches are close by, within five minutes drive to Ferragudo and the popular Beach 'Praia Grande' with windsurfing facilities, beach volleyball and beach football , and ten minutes to the Carvoeiro beaches. All beaches have restaurant facilities. There are many restaurants in nearby Carvoeiro as well as several more local ones. Supermarkets and bars/Cafes are also close by. Futher two splended 18 holes gollfcourses on only 2 km from the villa

Things to do.: The best water park, Slide and Splash, is less than ten minutes away. Zoomarine with its amazing dolphin shows is 15 minutes drive. Horse-riding stables are local as well as some beautiful walks. Golf courses are on only 2 km away, Gramacho and Pinta in Carvoeiro. In the village of Carvoeiro there are many bars, shops and a night-club.

The pool was lovely, the interior is a bit dated and needs updating. There were no basics for etc washing up liquids utensils etc. It does say in the welcome pack they do not provide but would have been helpful to know beforehand including no non bags either.

Lovely place but…
Good points: * Great location, quiet, sea views * Lovely grounds, colourful planting and well maintained * Very good, clean and well maintained pool * Spacious, light accommodation * Lots of crockery Not so good points: * Not very clean - we needed to run the dishwasher 2 - 3 times for glasses and crockery before using. Some furniture and surfaces needed a wipe over. Needed a deep clean * Sofas reeked of cleaner products - smelt like lots of chemical dry cleaner used over a long time. Despite my request, fumes were very evident the whole week we were there * No hot water was available until mid afternoon. We recognise the value of using solar energy but this was very poor. * Basics like bin bags etc…. would have been valued. * The maid did not visit. * The smoke alarm went off late one evening - a battery change needed we think as there was no smoke * TV - couldn’t get English language! (I think it was German) * Fittings etc didn’t fit very well and some aspects needed refreshing! * Inaccurate information. We expected a visit from Michelle Edgeley but were later told this was incorrect. Overall, despite the cons we had a good stay. Rating 3/5 - would be 4/5 if we felt more regard had been given to our request regarding my wife’s chemical sensitivity.

Loved our adventure in portugal
We loved the view of the ocean. Location was great central to lots of towns and beaches. Uber was available all the time which was great. House was large enough that everyone had lots of space. The pool area was fantastic, as well as the sun deck on the upper floor. Very private and quiet area felt very safe and secure.

Zentraler Startpunkt um die Algarve zu erkunden
Die Villa ist super gepflegt und bietet genügend Möglichkeiten um auszuspannen. Man sollte auf jeden Fall mobil sein (eigenes Auto oder Mietauto) wenn man hier wohnt. Wir waren im Herbst hier - man sieht Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang. Es waren wirklich schönen Ferien. Stephan Trabold

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
Wir waren eine Woche mit der Großfamilie in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Von Großeltern bis Enkel hatte jeder Spaß. Das Haus bietet sehr viel Platz und hat alles was man benötigt. Das Haus und die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das hat uns keines Wegs gestört. Das Highlight war der Pool. Die Lage ist etwas abseits aber man ist mit dem Auto schnell in den nächsten Ortschaften. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden es wieder buchen.

Ubicación y vistas perfectas
La vivienda tiene una ubicación y vistas excelentes, quizás necesita algo de renovación en cuanto a iluminación, ropa de cama o toallas, hay suficientes pero algo deterioradas para un alquiler de este precio. Aún con esos detalles mejorables, la estancia ha sido estupenda y la casa resulta muy agradable. Podríamos repetir sin problema.

We were told when we arrived that the Dishwasher was faulty and would be replaced with a new one within 3 days. That never happened. With 10 people staying at the property it resulted in a lot of work. For the money we paid for this Villa we feel that some sort of compensation is due. The situation was totally unexecctable. Furthermore the lounge table had no top as it had been broken which was not useable that got replaced whilst we were packing to come home. Again unexceptionable. I am reluctant to do a review as the Villa is great.But I do feel compensation is required

The villa lived up to its billing. Probably could do with a car. We used Ubers which were reliable by times. Only problem and nothing to do with villa we were eaten and got a lot of bites so just be beware. Otherwise all great. Villa well equipped

Fell in love with Algarve !
Perfect location. Beautiful property, lovely garden, kitchen very well equipped , beautiful small sandy beach at 15 walk where jogged every morning . Extraordinary coast with cliffs and bays . Breathtaking!! Only small issue is the noise from the road between the house and the sea . Otherwise very quiet . Strong recommendation!

Excelente vista de mar na maioria dos compartimentos. Exterior bem cuidado, incluindo barbecue e pérgola com mesa grande, para agradáveis refeições ao ar livre. Cozinha muito bem equipada. Único ponto menos positivo são os degraus entre compartimentos no piso térreo, que limitam a acessibilidade a pessoas idosas. A repetir.
