The ultimate base for your holiday, the villa has a large 10 x 5 metre swimming pool, pool shower, barbecue and poolside bar. Furthermore, there is a beautiful, well tended garden and several terraces equipped with seating areas for relaxing as well as tables for alfresco dining. Villas of this calibre within walking distance into town are few and far between.

Cots and highchairs can be provided for children up to 2 years of age and there is FREE wi-fi throughout.

The villa is fully fenced and has electric entry gates. There is a spacious driveway with space for up to 3 cars.

Carvoeiro is a popular seaside town, ideal for family holidays. Boat trips that explore the coastline and its caves and grottos leave regularly from the town beach. Also during the summer months (June – September), a stage is erected next to the beach in the square and live music is played every night.

The accommodation comprises on the ground floor of a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, open plan living / dining area, 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 further bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.

Guests have sole use of the property including the garden, pool and jacuzzi.

Inside the house is an information book with emergency contact numbers and useful information about the house and the local area. Guests are also provided with a 24h contact number so they can contact the property manager in the event of a problem or with regards to any questions pertaining to the house.

There are various amenities within walking distance however buses are available for those looking to travel further afield. Local taxi firm numbers are provided in the house information book and there is a taxi rank in the centre of town near the beach.

Tourist tax
Please note that on 13th April 2024 a new law was passed approving a new tourism tax (Taxa Municipal Turística de Lagoa). All guests aged 13 years and over are required to pay this tax. The amount is €2 per person per night during high season (April – October) and €1 per person per night during low season (November – March). There is a cap of 7 nights on the tax. Therefore for all reservations in excess of 7 nights, you still only pay the tax for 7.
