Located just 1km from the beautiful fisherman's cove of Benagil, which has a stunning sandy beach and the incredible Algar de Benagil cave, this charming property is in a highly sought after location.

249 square meters area house on plot or 2800 square meters.
Double gates open to a paved calçada (traditional cobblestone) driveway. Attractive gardens with fruit trees line the drive. There is parking for at least three cars in front of the house.

Traditional double doors reveal an open plan rustic-style lounge and dining room with central fireplace to warm the property in the cooler winter months. The lounge has beautiful wood beam and bamboo ceilings. Double patio doors from both the lounge and dining area lead to a superb outside entertaining area and covered terraces overlooking the pool. There is a guest cloakroom just from the lounge and generous cupboard space for storage. The sunny dining area has a door to the kitchen which also has access to the gardens.

The kitchen is on the east side and has lovely sun exposure in the morning from two sets of double windows. The three bedrooms and studios are located in the west giving them beautiful sunset views.

The bedrooms are all of a generous size, with two bedrooms sharing a Jack and Jill bathroom. One bedroom has separate access to the outside terraces and pool areas. The enormous master bedroom is en-suite and also has a leading to the separate guest studio.

There is also external access to the guest studio from the front of the house so this can be used as an independent dwelling or incorporated into the main house. The studio is bright and sunny and has a basic kitchen.
There is plenty of space for a double bed, a lounge area and a dining area. There are also double doors to a gloriously sunny and sheltered terrace with room for a large table for outside dining and lawned gardens. The studio apartment has a new bathroom and access to the spacious garage with electric up and over door.

The property sits in a super plot of beautiful gardens with various fruit trees and shrubs. There are attractive painted tiles with picturesque Portuguese scenes and numerous seating areas.

The oval 12m x 6m pool sits in a super position with fabulous views across the countryside and to the ocean. There is plenty of covered seating areas for relaxing in the shade or terraces for sunbeds and a barbecue area with sink,

There is a paved roof terrace with super sea views to watch the sun go down while enjoying a glass of the local wine. The gardens are fenced and are not overlooked allowing a feeling of privacy, despite the proximity to local restaurants and Carvoeiro center.
Less than one kilometer to the beautiful Benagil beach with a choice of great restaurants and the less well known Carvalho beach.
