Lovely villa, great location, close to both onsite golf courses.
Property was as advertised, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. It easily accommodated 4 golfers in the 2 twin rooms and 1 double. The swimming pool was a 30 second walk from the front door, with numerous sunbeds and umbrellas. There were plenty of parking spaces on both sides of the villa. Security on the complex was good, with a barrier gate for cars in the evening. Pinta Golf Clubhouse was a few minutes stroll away, Gramacho a bit further and ideally needs a car, but there is a small supermarket near to it. Overall a great place to stay, and thoroughly recommended. Thank you.

Casa acorde a la descripción y fotos. Piscina cuidada. Buen jardín con terraza para desayuno y cenas. Camas en buen estado. Playas a 15 minutos en coche. Se requiere de vehículo ya que no hay nada alrededor al ubicarse dentro del campo de golf. Único inconveniente el ruido del extractor del gas que da al jardín.

Very Good
Once again a very good stay in this villa. Very clean on arrival no problems at all during our months stay .The only thing that does need to happen is written instructions are required for the jet shower in the downstairs bathroom as it is impossible to work out how it operates. Looking forward to our next stay. Also I think a couple more sun loungers on the patio would be a good idea as there is only one and if people like to lie out to sunbathe it can be a bit difficult.

Very good accomadation
We have just returned from a two week stay at this villa which was very good. On arrival we had no hot water but this was rectified by the maintaince dept within hours. We also had another problem which they delt with very quickly also. The accomadation was very well equipped with everything that you need for a self catering holiday and the resort is very quite and secure. We are returning for another stay at this villa later in the year and we are really looking forward to this.

MAGNIFIQUE
Nous venons de passer une maginfique semaine en famille, nous étions deux adultes et 3 enfants de 12 à 16 ans. La maison est superbe, propre, bien aménagée, avec sa douche hydromassante et sa baignoire balnéo. Des prestations de qualité pour le prix très intéressant. A louer sans hésitation. Les haies sont beaucoup plus hautes que sur les photos, il n'y a donc aucun vis à vis. Résidence très calme. Piscine juste superbe,avons pu profiter de celle ci en respectant la tranquilité de chacun en fonction des horaires de 7h à 22h, et la journée nous étions la plus part du temps seuls à en profiter. La maison est à proximité de toutes les commodités, golf, plage, ville.....Agréable pour un séjour entre alis ou en famille. La gentilesses de Geraldine est un atout supplémentaire, propriétaire très à l'écoute et serviable malgré la distance. Savoir parler anglais pour réserver cette maison. Schöne Villa in wunderbarer Anlage
Das Haus ist modern und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Schlafzimmer und die dazugehörigen Bäder sind großzügig ausgestattet. Die Terrasse ist schön möbliert. Es fehlten lediglich Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen. Alles in allem: ein tolles Urlaubsdomizil. Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Fantastic stay in beautiful villa
We stayed in this beautifull villa in July-August and we were pleasantly surprised, how well-equipped the villa was. We had all electronic equipment we need for our stay, dishwasher, washmachine... also the sun shades were electric. The villa is very clean and comfortable. We had a security guide, who was very attentive, a small shop is in this resort just in case you need something, a shared clean pool- it was perfect in every aspect. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We felt in very good hands and were very happy with the suggestions (dining, leisure activities etc.) we received. We really enjoyed our stay there and want to come back the next year. Just one note: You will need a car! But it is worth it :)

Fantastic Villa and accomadation
This lovely Villa feels like new and is finished to a high spec, very spacious, private and really comfortable. 10 mins by car to fantastic beach, 10 mins to carveriho. Perfect Holiday Owner very helpful We are going back this year again and have no hesitation in recommending

EXCELLENT ACCOMODATION FOR FAMILIES OR COUPLES
Superb accomodation in a lovely part of the Algarve. It is situated on a very scenic and challenging golf course, ideal for the keen golfers. Very well equipped and a very high standard of fittings. We were 2 couples and we found the property very spacious, it would easily cater for 3 couples or a large family. Beautiful shared pool at the back and most days we were the only ones there.We will definitely go back as soon as we can.
