"Staying here with our family, we loved the excursions to see wildlife so close to the resort. The pool was beautiful and people were very friendly. The buffet was good. our family and kids really enjoyed it. "

The neighborhood around it seems to have aged differently than this well-maintained hotel, but their staff and security kept us feeling unquestionably safe. "Beautiful area, house had potential but was poorly up-kept. Property owner spoke no English, making it hard to understand the rules and workings of the property such as the laundry room downstairs. Full of mold, making it tough to breathe. Screens are damaged or warped, so insects swarm the home at night. Amenities are nearly nonexistent, such as no trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels or coffee filters. Heavy metals made the water unsafe to drink, yet no good water was provided. Outside deck was in bad repair. Mold was everywhere, even climbing up the window in the kitchen. There was not three bathrooms as advertised. The downstairs bathroom was in bad repair and lacked a seat for the toilet. Furniture was wet and moldy. Upstairs shower leaked though the floor into the kitchen. Kitchen appliances where filthy. However, the views where spectacular with the tropical plants and birds. Saw both Geoffroy's Tamarins and a sloth outside in our stay. Would have been a wonderful place if it was up-kept better."

"I've booked for two nights. At arrival they couldn't find our reservation to begin with. After waiting for 45 minutes the gave us a key to a room on the 1 floor. My room was the last on the corridor who was/in service. The other rooms after my room were out of service and there were safety shoes outside the room next to the open doors. In the corridor to my room ware a lot a bags with food leftovers in there corner. They stayed there for more than 30 hours. Thats how long we manage to stay there. In the hotel stayed like 50 construction workers who made sure we knew that they were present. They watched tv with their doors open till late in the morning. After eleven o'clock we went to the reseption to ask if the could stop working so we can get a good night sleep. After have an hour, they stopped. That night I barricade my door with my luggage and slept with my razor under my pillow. I travel a lot, but I have never felt so unsafe in my life. There was no hot water, no INTERNET, warderobe door was broken, toilet was broken but funtional. In the shower was no shower head installed. Just a pipe out of the wall. The sheets were worn-out and dirty. The only good thing were the towels. We were so dissapointed with the stay, that after lunch we booked a hotel in Panama City and drove back. "
