"Overall this was very good. Friendly staff. Nice big bedroom. All very clean and tidy...although it could do with updating, especially the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean but tired...although well scrubbed. The breakfast was plentiful with fruit, cereals, pastries, meats, cheese etc We didn't eat evening meal but it looked OK, but we went to old town Brive for a look around. Overall excellent stay and especially considering the low cost."

"We had flushing issues with the toilet but the staff fixed the problem immediately. The receptionist was nice because we needed a refund for a breakfast that we were not going to use, and we got the refund immediately. Overall we felt safe within the property."

"Very central to getting into town but there were people outside for hours hanging around the public toilets. Also the market stalls started setting up at 3am and our room overlooked the front so was very noisy. "

"The young lady on reception went out of her way to help me get a meal as the nearby restaurant was closed and there was nowhere nearby that I could reach on foot. We conquered the language barrier and I was able to have a meal delivered. Excellent service."
