"It was a nice clean place, but the owner did not make us feel very welcome. Said we could use the hot tub and the facilities and then the next day made an issue about us sitting in the hot tub. Also, there is absolutely nothing in the vicinity for restaurants other than driving a fair distance. "

"Amazingly idyllic estate for a peaceful retreat from the city. The room was spacious and bright. Unlike most French hotels, this place has a screen on the window, which we appreciated very much. Breakfast on the patio was absolutely enjoyable. There’s a pool that’s perfect for the hot days. Two supermarkets are in walking distance. We had a great time and highly recommend the place! "

"This was truly a home away from home experience. The property itself is so tastefully renovated and has a true French country feeling. The owner and her family are so warm and friendly. They offered great suggestions for exploring the surrounding areas along with great places to dine in the evening. Every morning breakfast was presented in a true French style. "We chose the location because the transport links and walkable distance to places we needed to visit. However, our room window was toward a noisy street and it was pretty loud all night. It’s very clean and cosy, but the lighting in the rooms is really only suitable if you want to just sleep there, if you need to work a bit there is no adequate lighting and only one power socket by the desk. It’s a perfect hotel for holiday stay, but not perfect so for work trips. "
