"Maison agréable ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à 4 dans cette maison. Cependant la maison n'est pas réellement adaptée pour 4 personnes, pas suffisamment de serviettes de bain ni de vaisselle (manque tasses, bols, etc.). Le frigo est suffisant si vous passez un week-end mais un peu petit pour un séjour de plus longue durée. L'endroit calme et paisible. Une très bonne maison tout de même !"

"We had a lovely week here in August. The pool was great for the kids and the peace, quiet and lovely wine was great for the adults. The village is a nice setting and also very quiet this time of year but the local town of Bar-sur-Aube had everything we needed. Location is great with the theme park of Nigloland just 15 minutes away and the wonderful town of Troyes also near for a change of scenery. "Dieses wunderbare Haus übertraf unsere Erwartung. Die Küche bot allees Erdenkliche, was braucht um gut zu kochen. Der Esszimmer- und Wohnzimmerbereich sund fürstlich und gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer geschmackvoll und mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Der Garten ist riesengroß mit einer Schaukel und einer Tischtennisplatte. Wir waren rundherum begeistert!!"

The location is rural yet only 1.5hrs from Dijon and the Burgundy wine region is on the doorstep. The hot tub and sauna are a wonderful way to relax overlooking the river. The host was helpful."

"Le gîte Chez Marcel se situe dans un village de l'aube. La localisation nous a permis de visiter les environs (Troyes, forêt d'orient, Nigloland et autres villages/châteaux). La maison nous a semblé plus grande que sur les photos, au calme avec vue sur les vignes de champagne. Ça reste une maison de campagne donc une souris était rentré dans la maison pendant notre séjour. Le village n'est pas des plus vivant à part les viticulteurs ! On a tout de même bien profité."

"The whole group really enjoyed staying here for a week in August. There was plenty of parking in the front courtyard. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. "Superbly located property in easy walking distance of Bar sur Aube. Ideally situated within walking distance of at least 4 champagne houses. If you love Champagne this is the place for you. The property was more than ideal for the two of us with plenty of space to spread out; including on a beautifully appointed terrace. Great to have access to a bbq. Kind, sympathetic and generous owners. We loved it here and are already planning our return visit next year."
