"We had a great time staying five nights here for our spring break. The house property (inside and outside) was very well kept. My parents have limited mobility, and the downstairs bedroom/bathroom set up was perfect for them. Our four kids looooooved how the bunk beds were in the same room, and the upstairs bathroom was so spacious. We found everything we needed and more. If you stay here and forget something, dig around before you panic. I loved that there was a first aid kit, washer and dishwasher detergent, solo cups, and the fridge was so clean! We spent our time around the mammoth caves area and Nashville — both of which were a little bit of a drive, but we enjoyed the flexibility of being able able to drive through the country to get where we wanted to go. Dave was great at welcoming us via message the day of, and sending us off via message the day we left. I’m sure if we had needed something he would have been very responsive and helpful. We cooked most of our meals in the kitchen and on the grill, and we found the kitchen well stocked and easy to navigate. My dad had a conversation with the neighbor when he saw him bringing the trashcan in, and said that his interaction with him was really good. I know he isn’t apart of the rental (lol), but it’s nice to know that good people surround the place you’re considering staying at. All and all, I’d for sure recommend this rental to any of my friends if our vacation was something they were looking to replicate."

"Our family was in town for the passing of a family member. This beautiful house allowed our family to retreat to grieve together in peace and quiet. The home is very well taken care of and kitchen was very appropriately stock with utilities! The sceneries were beautiful from dawn to dusk. Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"Stayed here for a very relaxed bachelorette party/girls weekend. The cabin was fantastic (we were all very impressed)! Melissa was great about sending us a list of things to do in the area and responded quickly. The cabin was super clean and very well stocked with all of the essentials plus a ton of games, s’more supplies, and an “in case you forgot something” basket. The beds were comfortable (even the day bed). Many of us said we would love to return for another trip. Reception isn’t great at the cabin/the surrounding area but we all had a good WiFi connection :) You may have to drive a little ways to get to things to do/restaurants, but we didn’t mind this at all… the surrounding area is very pretty. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would 100% recommend."

" Our oldest son was playing high school baseball down here for spring break. We came down to watch with our other kids. We had a great stay! The beds were very comfortable. House was clean and had everything that we needed! We really enjoyed sitting on the back deck and looking at the water and using the hot tub. We took the kids to a couple of the spots that were recommended for fishing and kayaking! If we needed something the host was quick to respond. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here!"

"Lots of dead bugs on the mantle in the house and cleaning was not done really well. Lots of trash under furniture and windows not washed. Also found multiple covers in the yard for the well and septic that had holes on them. One of them was next to the play structure. House was nice but could have been cleaner and the holes repaired and would have been perfect. "

"The area was close to the events that I was attending. The lighting in the bathroom was strobing, maybe just needs a new bulb. I will stay here again and have stayed here multiple times, very clean and comfortable. "
