Arguably one of the best locations in Downtown Lafayette, our condo is literally in the middle of it all.... Dinning, Shopping, Parks, Grocery Stores, Coffee Shops, Ice Cream Parlors, Museums, Nightlife. From the Young to Old you're gonna love it here! Everything in the condo is nice & clean. This condo was specially designed for comfort and the enjoyment for our friends and family that come to Lafayette, so we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Amazing host, great location & cute space!
I come to Lafayette for work often and this is one of my favorite places I have stayed. So cozy and inviting! Host has great energy and the location is very convenient. Another bonus is that it is gated for safety and parking is available.

Excellent communication with host. Perfect downtown location in gated complex. Within walking distance to all downtown areas. Unit was super clean and had everything we needed. Will stay here again for sure!!

Perfect spot to walk to downtown area or quickly get to main roads. Roland was a great host and was responsive to questions. Would stay here again! Oh and bonus that there was a secure parking lot for the complex.

This place is one block away from all downtown restaurants and bars. The airport is really close and super convenient. Roland, our host, was outstanding and extremely accommodating.

The condo is located right at the edge of downtown so not as busy and noisy but close enough to walk. Traffic is a little loud at night but not too bad. I'll definitely stay again. The host was amazing

Location, hard to find, GPS takes you to exit gate, one-way streets make it hard to get into. Downtown events very limited, most places closed. Not much to see or do, lots of traffic on surrounding streets.

Seemed like a sketchy place at first glance but once learning the area felt really comfortable. Plan to stay again soon. Mardi Gras route literally runs beside it.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Was in town for a wedding, but came a night early to enjoy the downtown location and proximity to all the local restaurants and shops. First night wasn’t the best for sleeping as there’s a lot of road noise and sirens, but using the air fan as a white noise machine of sorts fixed that feeling night two.

the property was clean and had everything I needed. The parking area was surrounded by a gated high fence, so I felt safe. I am 70 years old, and I struggled with the 2 flights of stairs to get to my 2nd floor room...no elevator, so those who are unable to deal with stairs be aware.

Would stay here again. One note: Don't trust your GPS to take you to the apartment/condo complex in which this property is located ... we didn't know it was on the second floor of a three-story complex, and our GPS kept telling us we had "arrived" when we pulled up near a house outside the complex. Once in we were fine, and loved the fact that so many things were within walking distance. Condo was clean and no noisy neighbors, so that was great. Communications were good. Great rating, as you can see.

Prime Location, Clean, Convenient, Great Host!
We were in town for a family wedding. I just wish I had known about this place sooner. This location is in a prime location! You can easily walk to Downtown restaurants. Every thing you need to live comfortably is here…sooooo much better than a hotel! We needed to add a day and so I sent Roland a text and he responded immediately and set us up. Yes, it is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator - but you know that already. There is road noise and some train noise, but that comes with being downtown and didn’t bother us. We will 100% be back next time we are in town!
