For shared use: indoor pool heated (5 x 6 m, pool opening hours: 10:00-19:30). In the house: lounge, sauna (extra). Playroom, lift, storage room for bicycles, sun terrace, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Grocery 200 m, restaurant 100 m, outdoor swimming pool 700 m. Tennis 700 m, cable car 13 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 13 km, cross country ski track 200 m, ice rink 1 km. Nearby attractions: Outdoor Park "Area 47" 26 km. Ski resort Soelden Oetztal-Arena, 13 km, can be reached by free ski bus. The natural thermal baths (Aqua Dome), just 400 m away. Additionally in the wellness area: herbal sauna, infrared cabin, experience-showers, Kneipp basin and relaxation room. For the little ones: children’s play area, playroom and climbing room. Please note: For short stays (less than 7 days) there is an extra cost of € 30.-.

Rodzinne wakacje w Tyrolu
Piękna okolica. Każdego ranka budziły nas krowy swoimi dzwonkami. Z każdej strony widoki na wysokie góry. Po codziennych wycieczkach w góry odpoczywaliśmy na hotelowym basenie i saunie.

Ruhige und saubere Wohnung
++Gute Wohnung, ordentlich ausgestattet, sauber, mit Fahrstuhl erreichbar, unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken, sehr guter Skiraum, angenehm ruhig -Leichte Mängel in der Wohnung: Toilettenspülung stellte nicht sicher ab, Wasserhahn in Küche rinnte in einer bestimmte Stellung, schlechter Geruch durch entleertes Siphon (vermutlich durch den starken Wind, war nicht immer so) Der zur Verfügung stehende Pool war schön, uns war aber das Wasser zu kalt.

Apartament wyposażony w 4 komplety "wszystkiego". Basen i sauny zapewniają komfort po narciarskim dniu. Można spokojnie odpocząć, do centrum jest naprawdę blisko , może ok 200 m.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in der Ferienunterkunft Falkner und wie immer sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnungen sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch geniessen wir jedes Mal den Pool, auch dieser ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Danke an das Team der Ferienunterkunft Falker.

gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer praktischen Lage für Gäste ohne Auto, da Läden und Bus sehr gut erreichbar. Sauna geräumig aber wenig genutzt, Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber ordentlich aus, genügend Handtücher in guter Qualität.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Die Betten waren schon sehr durchgelegen leider. Sonst alles ok. Wasserkocher und Toaster waren leider nicht vorhanden.
