Pool and hot tub were closed and when asked why that isn’t communicated with guest before they make reservation the front desk employee said “I don’t do that and it doesn’t matter you’ll still being charged.” Would rather sleep in my truck than stay here.

Most of the staff were fantastic and the facility was very nice, clean, comfortable. Unfortunately as we were leaving a staff member had to 'warn' me about my dog, who was not and had not done anything. Thanks for wrecking an otherwise great stay.

I loved the stay. The room was clean, staff was nice and the pool was awesome. I do recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner as we didn't. But staff was great about lending us mote shampoo. If i ever come up this far again i would stay here again.

I've stayed at the AmericInn on previous visits to Ladysmith, and it has never been a disappointment. The rooms are spacious and very quiet, despite being along a main highway, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the whole property is clean. Having breakfast included is a very nice bonus - love the breakfast waffles! Overall, just a very nice, comfortable place to stay.

Little stay
Nicely remodeled hotel by Wyndham a lot better than the Ladysmith hotel. It used to be like the extras 24 seven coffee, milk, orange juice, apple juice.
