Newly remodeled house in The Villages has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, hot tub and a rec room. The location is very close to Spanish Springs Town Center, Hacienda Hills Country Club and Tierra Del Sol Country Club. It is located on a quiet street just south of El Diablo golf course. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds. In addition, there is a sleeper sofa in the rec room, to accommodate large groups

The owner was extremely easy to work with and the house was very comfortable for our 2 families of 4. He left us snacks and drinks and provided us with "passes" for the pool, etc. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed at The Hot Tub house while looking for a home to buy and move to. Could not have been any better, everything was just as shown on the VRBO site. And we did buy a home while we were there.

Very clean and comfortable stay in the Villages. Loved all the detailed touches from the complementary toiletries and snacks to the descriptive labels around the house. The Villages guest passes were great for all the local amenities and Steve was quick to communicate with us. Would love to stay here again!

Absolutely cute place.. very comfortable and they had thought of everything. It was so nice to see all the personal touches, even down to leaving drinks in the Fridge. This is the second time we have stayed in this home. We had previous stayed in another place by this property management but determined we needed a bigger place. So we have known them for 4 years. If there is a problem it is easy to get a hold of them. They are ready to solve any problem. They have supplies to help your stay easy. Will stay with them again.

Loved the house. Loved the rec centers. For the most part people were very friendly. A bit far from where my aunt and uncle live. I didn't realize The Villages was so large. Would definitely stay here again. My aunt and uncle have lived in the The Villages for 15 years and were also impressed with the home.

Perfect Place!
This property was such an amazing find! Stephen was super to correspond with from the get go. Very clean and comfortable for our extended family of 7. Plenty of little perks - snacks, small toiletry bags, and plenty of pool towels! The neighbors even invited us outside to watch a launch. We have family living in The Villages and hope to stay here again!

This is a very good location in Spanish Springs. Close to all activities. The home is a great space for the 4 of us. The owner supplies everything you need for a wonderful stay. If you have questions he replies quickly. Bonus, is the hot tub! This was our first stay at this home....we are coming back. We have stayed at the owners other property before. That home is also in Spanish Springs.

From the very beginning the rental experience was perfect! The house is beautiful and met our needs exactly. We were running late and had our grocery order coming - the host met the delivery and even put our refrigerated items away! The attention to detail with all the amenities was awesome - we didn’t need to buy anything but groceries (and they had fruit and snacks for us to enjoy). We love the Villages and will definitely rent this property again in the near future 😎
