"There was a strong musty smell in our room which is unacceptable for a hotel of this class. The pool was clean but not heated. The quality and value of the food at dinner was below average and the service wasn't friendly."

Wonderful hotel and staff!

"The staff was so friendly and helpful, and our room was very comfortable, although the commode was separate from the shower/sink, which seems nice for privacy, but having to go across the room to another area to wash your hands wasn't the most convenient. A minor thing in the grand scheme. The hotel is lovely and in a perfect location near the old town and the train station so everything was walkable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it."
