Charming ranch style furnished one bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a 4 story home in the brand new Esencia community in Rancho Mission Viejo. The unit overlooks a private park and is very peaceful with a small courtyard off the bedroom and it has two separate private entrances. It is also equipped with small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. 15 minutes from San Clemente/Dana Point beaches with San Juan Capistrano and Ladera Ranch communities within a few mile radius.

The prefect accommodation for our grandson's graduation!
The property was accurately represented through the online pictures so it meet our expectations. The property was half way between our daughter's house and our grandson's high school so great location for us. We had our lunches and dinners with our daughter so the refrigerator and microwave were all that we needed. Our interactions with our host were pleasant and she was quick to address our few requests. Over all it was a great start.
