Marie-Paule

Marie-Paule is a beautiful authentic holiday home, with a large, fully fenced, well-kept garden and a lovely private swimming pool. Marie-Paule is situated on a dead end road and is therefore extremely quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place where you can dream away and enjoy your well-deserved vacation!

Interior

Marie-Paule is nicely furnished and has all you need during your holidays. There is a living room / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (see also the characteristics of the house). From every room you have direct access to the terrace with swimming pool.

There are 5 bedrooms: two on the ground floor (both with a double bed) and 3 on the 1st floor (2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds). There is both a bathroom on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

Outside

Marie-Paule has a beautifully landscaped garden of more than 3000 m2 with complete privacy. There is a lovely swimming pool with a large terrace and lounge area, and there is also a covered dining area for the hot days, with of course a BBQ. There is a carport for the car (s).

Surroundings

The Périgord has so much to offer that it is impossible to discover everything in one vacation, visit the beautiful towns of Le Buque and Saint Cyprien, the rock paintings in Les Eyzies or enjoy a day of canoeing on the Dordogne and when it is a less beautiful day then there are castles and caves to visit. Culinary you will not be disappointed either; the delicious regional dishes accompanied by a good locally produced wine are definitely worth it. Finally, don't forget to visit the beautiful city of Sarlat, which is rightfully called one of the most beautiful cities in France.
