"Une semaine de rêve en août avec nombreuses randos et visites proches de la résidence et beau temps de la partie,dans un cadre des plus agréable ayant gardé son charme montagnard.Nous n’avons pas rencontré le propriétaire mais le contact téléphonique que nous avons eu avec lui etait des plus sympathique. "Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

"This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"This place is felt like being in a hotel, very clean and had all that one needs. Its location is great. We could walk to the lake in less than 15 mins. There is also a supermarkt nearby. The best treat is the pleasant and helpful host.. "

"The location was within a 15 minute walk to my brother's place which made it ideal. We also enjoyed plenty of restaurants, museums, and sites within walking distance. The space was large enough for our family to get some alone time when needed. We didn't figure out until the end of the week that the reason we were not getting wifi in our bedrooms was that the router was not turned on. Parking our rental car was convenient and safe. We really enjoyed our week vacation and did not have to worry...

"I have rated this 5 but with some negatives. No indication of house # except to state abstinent B which was written on the building but could not be seen until you actually were in front of the building. No washer dryer and no elevator in building. Had to take elevator in Batiment A to 1st floor and then walk and carry bags up the stairs to our flat. Could have left some extra towels as the heated towel rack did not work. Will I stay here again probably not"

" Very clean and nicely built modern property. We loved the design of the one bedroom apartment with dish washer, washer dryer, kitchenette, dining table, fridge and utensils. We stayed for two weeks and enjoyed. Train station is 5 min walk and hotel gives transport card. Only issue is there is no direct phone line to the front desk. But overall an excellent experience. "
